applications to a growing international
client base. Currently we have representatives
in several nations with varying educational
backgrounds (up to and including doctoral
level).

with both scientific and commercial practitioners.
Successful sales experience is required.
A verifiable record of successful accomplishment
in recruiting and managing top quality salespeople
and re-sellers is also preferred. Work history
should include successful experience identifying,
qualifying and selling large organizations,
and teaching/training salespeople effective
strategies for large and small account acquisition
and maintenance. Compensation is based on
experience, and consists of salary plus
bonus incentive for superior performance.
To obtain the credibility necessary to effectively
manage this channel, this position requires
personal selling during training.
Principle
Responsibilities include:
•
Working closely with senior team members
as a contributor to revenue growth
• Manage, evaluate and develop licensed
re-sellers: recruiting, contracting, training,
motivating, monitoring policy compliance,
establishing goals and leading sales meetings
• Maintain knowledge of current sales
techniques and industry developments, competitors’
practices and market opportunities
• Maintain knowledge of current practices,
procedures and training methodologies, industry
developments, competitors’ practices
and market opportunities
• Manage accreditation courses/programs
Qualifications:
•
Superior communication skills including
written, public speaking, seminar/workshop
presentations, and both individual and group
coaching/training facilitation
• Preference for working in a stable,
small company setting
• Has sold large dollar contracts
in situations involving multiple decision
makers
• Has at least a bachelor’s
degree (preferably one or more advanced
degrees in psychology and/or business) from
a traditional university residency program
• Ability to persuasively teach advanced
sales techniques to Licensees
• Temperamentally stable, resourceful,
intelligent and straightforward
• Respectful and sensitive to other
countries, cultures and people
• Able to manage a light travel schedule,
including some international travel (ie.
Europe, Canada, Asia, Australia, New Zealand)
• Open to new learning
• Ability to work without on-going
direct supervision
• Ability to accept feedback and criticism
maturely
• Experience conducting training workshops/seminars
in business settings, executive coaching
