intensive, comprehensive, personal approach
to overcoming emotional barriers due to
sales call reluctance® and the fear
of self-promotion. It's based on the respected
Fear-Free Prospecting & Self-Promotion
Workshop®, which has helped more people
to comfortably and consistently self-promote
than any other program. But it's specially
designed for people who
- don't have access to open or corporate
workshops
- don't have time to attend a day and
a half workshop
- prefer one-on-one contact with a trained
coach
- want sustained, focused support while
applying corrective procedures

telephone sessions with a trained sales
performance coach. You choose the time
and place that are best for you. Each
session is based on comprehensive program
materials that include diagnostic exercises,
field-tested countermeasures. Your coach
provides personalized guidance and feedback
on an ongoing basis. At the end of the
program your progress is charted in
the form of measurable, observable increases
in productive contact behavior.

Personal Best™ is
a six- to ten-week coaching program
for individuals with sales call reluctance®
and/or the fear of self-promotion. No
warranty of results is expressed or
implied. You must qualify for the program
by speaking with a coach, signing a
Commitment Form and, if necessary, completing
diagnostic testing prior to acceptance.
Making and keeping weekly telephone
appointments is your responsibility.
Missed appointments may be rescheduled,
but the entire program must be completed
within a specified period of time. There
are no refunds for missed appointments.
If you are taking medication or are
under the care of a physician, psychologist,
or other health care professional, you
should check with your care provider
