BSRP Launches New Management Training Format

BSRP's New 3-day Management Training Workshop

BSRP's three-day Train-the-Trainer workshop has successfully undergone a major transition. Our objective was to separate and clearly distinguish the content in our two management training protocols. According to feedback from participants in the first workshop utilizing the new three-day format, that objective has been achieved and exceeded.

The new three-day Management Training Workshop is faster paced and has been retooled specificially for managers, trainers, coaches, psychologists and consultants who work to develop salespeople and others. It features new exercises that focus on training and development applications of the Call Reluctance® Program. In addition, participants receive new insights into what salespeople want and need in a new section, "Sales Motivation: Beyond Speculation and Opinion," based on recent large-scale multinational studies.

"I have been in sales training for 15 years," said one participant at the July 25-27 program, "and nothing even comes close to this."

Selection and assessment content has been updated and removed from the Train-the-Trainer curriculum. That material now forms the centerpiece of "Picking the Blue Chips in Sales," BSRP's new two-day Management Training Workshop. Introduced earlier this year in the U.S., the two-day workshop exposes managers, trainers, consultants and psychologists to the latest developments in sales selection, including "The Future of Sales Selection," a dazzling computer demonstration of next-generation sales assessment technology.

What's next? Our new StyleLogix™ workshop for sales pros. Workshops are scheduling now for 2002 on a first-come, first-served basis.

Psychology of Sales Call Reluctance continues to get positive feedback. Here is an interesting letter we received in May, 2002.
